    • You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to return a product or service for a refund, credit, or replacement (This excludes the CCA and/or the CCU Systems, these are non-returnable).

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Coleschiff@peterschiffaero.com or (931) 537-6505 to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

    • The RMA process will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and the address to send it to.

    • The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and undamaged.

    • Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  2. Cancellations:

    • If you wish to cancel a product or service, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

    • If the cancellation request is made before the product or service has been fulfilled, we will process a full refund.

    • However, if the product or service has already been provided or fulfilled, we may not be able to cancel the order or provide a refund. In such cases, please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for further assistance.
